Fall 2021 Update

Enrollment Services is reopening for in-person services this fall. This list will provide you with the information you need to get in-person, phone, or online assistance from one of our departments — Academic Preparation Programs (APP), Career Center, Highlander One-Stop Shop, Office of Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, and Undergraduate Admissions (UGA). Please visit each department's website for more specific information about services offered. Academic Preparation Programs (APP)

APP is continuing to provide services in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidance related to mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Specific programs are offering services this quarter as listed:


Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP)

Services will be provided in-person at school sites (as permitted) and virtually.

TRIO Pre-College Programs

(Educational Talent Search, Upward Bound Classic, Upward Bound Oasis, Upward Bound Rialto/Colton-Joint)

Services will be provided in-person at school sites (as permitted) and virtually.

TRIO Scholars

Services will be provided in-person and virtually. Appointments can be scheduled by email or phone.

University Eastside Community Collaborative AmeriCorps

Services will be provided in-person at the office and AmeriCorps service sites, and virtually. Appointments can be scheduled by email or phone.

 

Career Center


The Career Center is offering in-person, online, and hybrid options for students to access services during the fall quarter as listed:

  • Career Fairs: Online only
  • Employer Coffee Chats: In-person only
  • Employer Meet Ups: Online only
  • Express Career Advising: In-person and online
  • Information Sessions: Hybrid and online
  • Information Tables: In-person only
  • Scheduled Appointments: In-person and online
  • Workshops: Hybrid and online

 

Highlander One-Stop Shop (HOSS)


HOSS services are available by appointment only. Visit hoss.ucr.edu/appointments to get quick, in-person help with Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Business Services, and Undergraduate Admissions questions.

 

Office of Financial Aid


The Office Financial Aid is offering assistance in-person through the HOSS, as well as services by phone, by email, and online. Always include your full name and SID whenever you email the Office of Financial Aid.

 

Office of the Registrar


The Office of the Registrar is offering in-person assistance through the HOSS, as well as services by phone, email, and online. The following services are available in-person:

Drop off documents for:

  • Enrollment verification
  • Diploma replacement request
  • Notary request
  • Applying university seal to documents
  • Biographical changes (name change, Social Security number correction, etc.)
  • Special programs forms

Document pick up for:

  • Enrollment verifications ordered for HOSS pick up
  • Diploma pick up (graduates prior to spring 2018, reorders or hold releases)
  • Scheduled Appointments: In-person and online
  • Transcripts ordered for HOSS pick up

 

Undergraduate Admissions (UGA)


UGA is offering in-person assistance through the HOSS, as well as services by phone, email, and online. A limited number of family tours are being offered by the Campus Tours Office.

The following services are available in-person:

  • Drop off transcripts at the HOSS Dropbox during HOSS operating hours.
  • Admission counselors are available for an in-person chat after campus tours.

The following virtual services are available:
