UC Riverside Enrollment Services

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Division of Enrollment Services. The division’s departments include Undergraduate Admissions, Campus Tours, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, Summer Sessions, Transfer Credit & Articulation Services and the Highlander One-Stop Shop.

The Division of Enrollment Services engages with and impacts the lives of tens of thousands of UCR and pre-college students each year.

Enrollment Services 2023 Strategic Plan

Enrollment Management Offices

Undergraduate Admissions attracted 62,322 applicants, admitted 34,248 students, and enrolled 6,788 students to comprise the highly diverse and academically accomplished incoming freshman and transfer class for the 2018-19 academic year.

Campus Tours provides prospective students and their parents or guardians a unique and personal view of life at UCR through one of 10 student-led tours, including campus and engineering lab tours, “A Day in The Life,” Residential Housing, Student Recreation Center, and more.

Financial Aid provides financial aid access by furnishing information about grants, scholarships, work-study, and loans. About 90% of undergraduate students receive financial aid totaling over $417M; 70% of those students have fees covered by grants and scholarships.

Registrar’s Office manages the following processes: registration, student academic record management, grade management, course approval, classroom scheduling and utilization, degree audit maintenance, and degree conferral.

Enrollment Services Office provides tools, resources as well as financial and personnel guidance to the entire Enrollment Services organization.

Student Support Services

Highlander One-Stop Shop (HOSS) is a centralized student service center designed to facilitate business transactions associated with undergraduate admissions, financial aid, billing and payments, and registration.

Support Services

The Finance and Administrative Services Team (F.A.S.T.) provides a range of services to campus clients, including financial, human resources, purchasing, planning, and scheduling support.
