UC Riverside Enrollment Services

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Division of Enrollment Services. The division’s departments include Undergraduate Admissions, Campus Tours, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, Summer Sessions, Transfer Credit & Articulation Services and the Highlander One-Stop Shop.

The Division of Enrollment Services engages with and impacts the lives of tens of thousands of UCR and pre-college students each year.

Enrollment Management Offices

The Office of Financial Aid offers counseling and access to financial resources to help students fund their education, including grants, scholarships, student work programs, VA benefits, and loans. The Financial Wellness Program provides workshops, online financial education, and individualized coaching.

The Office of the Registrar maintains student academic records, and manages course registrations, grade records, course approvals, classroom scheduling utilization, degree audit maintenance, and degree conferral.

The Summer Sessions department offers regular UC courses in multiple abbreviated sessions, giving students the opportunity to expedite time to graduation, take hard-to-get classes, improve their GPA, and get back on academic track. Financial aid is available to those who qualify. 

Transfer Credit & Articulation Services (TCAS) is a centralized office that assists the campus community in providing a seamless transfer process for incoming students. TCAS also evaluates transfer course work for current UCR students and processes Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC).

Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for attracting, admitting, and enrolling first-year and transfer students based on campus strategic goals. Campus Tours assists with providing prospective students and their families a unique and personal view of UCR student life.

Student Support Services

Highlander One-Stop Shop (HOSS) is a centralized student service center designed to facilitate business transactions associated with undergraduate admissions, financial aid, billing and payments, and registration.

Marketing & Communications Support

The Enrollment Services Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing strategic communication plans that resonate with the current UCR student population. They are also responsible for assisting Enrollment Services with internal staff communication resources that support a seamless, student-centric experience.
