The Division of Enrollment Services engages with and impacts the lives of tens of thousands of current and prospective UCR students each year.
The division's departments include:
Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid offers counseling and access to financial resources to help students fund their education, including grants, scholarship, student work programs, VA benefits, and loans. The Financial Wellness Program provides workshops, online financial education and individualized coaching for current UCR students.
Registrar
The Office of the Registrar maintains student academic records and manages course registrations, grade records, course approvals, classroom scheduling, degree audit maintenance and degree conferral. We assist students with registration, help maintain academic records, verify transcripts and assist with course catalog maintenance and class scheduling.
Summer Sessions
Summer Sessions offers regular UC courses in multiple abbreviated sessions, giving students the opportunity to expedite time to graduation, take hard-to-get classes, improve their GPAs, and get back on track academically.
Transfer Credit & Articulation Services (TCAS)
TCAS is a centralized office responsible for maintaining transfer equivalencies and articulation as well as evaluating and posting transfer credit for continuing students at UC Riverside. UCR students can look up courses that are already approved to meet certain degree requirements on the TCAS website, as well as request an articulation review to have a course approved.
Undergraduate Admissions
Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for recruiting, admitting and enrolling first-year and transfer students based on strategic institutional goals. Campus Tours provides prospective students and their families with a unique and personal view of UCR student life.
Highlander One-Stop Shop (HOSS)
Located on the first floor of the Student Services building, the Highlander One-Stop Shop (HOSS) is a centralized student services center designed to facilitate business transactions associated with financial aid, registration, billing and payments, and undergraduate admissions.
